Managing Director
Richard Williams
Richard is a Chartered Development Surveyor with over 40 years experience of working in the UK commercial and residential property sectors.

He started work in Maidstone, before a brief stint in the City of London, before returning to Kent in the early 1990's to Starnes.
​
Richard has been at the fore front of the Group's expansion for over 3 decades and remains as enthusiastic as ever. Moving forward this experience is key to ensuring that Starnes remains successful.
Director
Alex Woodford
Alex graduated from Oxford Brookes with a BSc in Real Estate in 2019, before joining Starnes as a Graduate Surveyor.​ He successfully completed the APC in Planning and Development and is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor.

Alex has a strong understanding of the Tunbridge Wells market, bringing a current and informed perspective to every project, from acquisition through to delivery.

Financial Director
Fergus Ryan
Fergus is a qualified Accountant and joined the team in July 2023 to co-ordinate the financial operation of the Group.
He developed his interest in buildings and development during his time at a prominent design studio in London and now looks to widen his professional experience and expertise at Starnes.
