Richard Williams

Managing Director

Richard is a Chartered Development Surveyor with over 40 years experience of working in the UK commercial and residential property sectors.

​

He started work in Maidstone, before a brief stint in the City of London, before returning to Kent in the early 1990's to Starnes.

​

Richard has been at the fore front of the Group's expansion for over 3 decades and remains as enthusiastic as ever. Moving forward this experience is key to ensuring that Starnes remains successful.

Alex Woodford

Director

Alex graduated from Oxford Brookes with a BSc in Real Estate in 2019, before joining Starnes as a Graduate Surveyor.

​

Alex has successfully undertaken his APC in Planning and Development and is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor.

Alex is excited to source new development opportunities for the Group.

Fergus Ryan

Finance Director

Fergus is a qualified Accountant and joined the team in July 2023 to co-ordinate the financial operation of the Group.

He developed his interest in buildings and development during his time at a prominent design studio in London and now looks to widen his professional experience and expertise at Starnes.
