Liscombe Business Park, Leighton Buzzard
Liscombe Park is a business park set in Bedfordshire. It comprises modern offices, a gym, on site parking and an indoor swimming pool.
Starnes have refurbished a number of the buildings since acquisition in 2018.
In 2024 Starnes will be installing a 700 panel, 200,000 kw solar park, which will deliver around 75% of the occupiers electricity needs.

Springfield House, Maidstone
Starnes acquired Springfield House in 2006 and fully refurbished the derelict building to provide flexible office and business space of around 15,000 sq.ft.
Springfield was designed and built in 1891 by Alfred Waterhouse who was one of the principal architects of the Victorian age and the Gothic revival. He designed many notable buildings including the Natural History Museum in London, the RICS Headquarters in Great George St London, Lime St Station in Liverpool and a major extension to Liverpool University.
In 2024, terms were agreed with operators of a Special Educational Needs School, who occupy the entire building on a long term lease. The school provides specialist education to around 150 children.

Planning consent was obtained to develop 9 bespoke houses within the village conservation area and adjacent to a Grade II Listed building. The sensitivity of the location resulted in uniquely designed housing set within high quality landscaped gardens.
